Behavior technicians/RBTs

Behavior technicians will provide one-on-one ABA therapy at the client's home, helping with socialization, communication, and daily living skills. 

Behavior Technicians will be supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will create individualized goals for each client. BTs/RBTs will be responsible for implementing those goals, taking data, and communicating with the team.

Schooling and experience requirements:

- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

- Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
